Notices for Oral and Poster presenters

Oral Presenters:

Please copy your presentation file to the PC equipped at each session room. (To be projected suitably at the session room, please prepare the slides in 16:9 aspect ratio.) All the oral presenters are asked to bring their presentation files with own USB thumb drive. In case you cannot insert your USB thumb drive to other person's PC due to security reason, please bring your own PC. In case you use your own PC, connection must be tested before your session starts. You are requested to bring necessary adapters. Please be sure to test and check all the presentation slides in advance to make sure they will work properly. It is the presenter's responsibility to copy the presentation file as soon as possible in each session room at any break in advance to the session of presentation. The file must be compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat on Microsoft Windows indicated above.

The total time for Oral talk is 12 min, including 10 min presentation and 2 min Q&A.

Confidentiality: All presentation data installed in IEDMS PC will be completely deleted after the session.

Poster Presenters:

All poster presenters MUST give a one-minute short oral presentation in “Poster Short Presentation Session” scheduled at 16:00-17:05 on Oct. 30 2025.  For smooth progress of the session, the next presenter is asked to wait nearby in line for their turn. The presentation slide must be in 1-page, landscape orientation. Because of the limited presentation time, please describe your research objective and results briefly. Please kindly refer the sample format of Short Oral Presentation.

The file name should indicate your Track, poster number, and paper number (e.g. Track A_AP-1_paper#_short oral presentation file).
